Contact help@philability.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and resaleable. Opened or used seat cushions, pressure relief cushions, and inflatable seat pads are excluded for hygiene reasons, without affecting statutory rights for faulty goods. Faulty or damaged items should be reported within 30 days with photos. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days after inspection.
