Returns & Refunds Policy

Your right to cancel Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days from the date of delivery as a goodwill gesture.

How to return an item To initiate a return, please contact us at philabilityreviews@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll provide return instructions and a returns reference number.

Condition of returns Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Hygiene-sensitive products For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used: seat cushions, pressure relief cushions, and inflatable seat pads. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 30 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return postage Unless the item is faulty, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.
