Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.
UK delivery We ship to all mainland UK addresses. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Delivery costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. "Free standard UK delivery on orders over £40. Standard delivery £4.99 | Express delivery £6.99. Orders containing larger items (rollators, wheelchairs, ramps) may require specialist delivery — you'll be contacted to arrange this before dispatch."— check the cart for current offers.
Larger items Some items (such as rollators, wheelchairs, and ramps) may require additional handling time or specialist delivery. Any specific requirements will be noted on the product page.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Failed deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection. Uncollected parcels returned to us will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
International shipping We ship to the US, EU, Australia, and selected international destinations. International shipping from £14.99. Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery outside the UK. If your country isn't listed at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to help."
Damaged in transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll resolve it promptly.
