UK Delivery We ship to all mainland UK addresses. Estimated delivery times:

Delivery Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
- Free standard UK delivery on orders £10 and over
- Standard delivery £4.99
- Orders containing larger items (rollators, wheelchairs, ramps) may require specialist delivery — you'll be contacted to arrange this before dispatch
Larger Items Some items (such as rollators, wheelchairs, and ramps) may require additional handling time or specialist delivery. Any specific requirements will be noted on the product page.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection. Uncollected parcels returned to us will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
International Shipping We ship to the US, Canada, EU, Australia, and selected international destinations.
