About this product
Switch the light without the reach
When reaching a lamp fitting is awkward, a remote gives you another way to control the light. This holder works with a compatible E27 bulb and fitting, letting you switch the paired lamp using its infrared remote.
The stated control distance is up to 10 metres, depending on conditions. The remote takes two AAA batteries, supplied separately. Check compatibility before ordering, and isolate the power before installation.
Suitability & safety
Before use
Switch off and isolate the power before installation. Use only with a compatible E27 bulb and fitting, and check the electrical specifications before use. Do not use the holder, remote or fitting if damaged. Keep batteries away from children, and ask a qualified electrician if you are unsure about compatibility or installation. This product is not a substitute for a wider home safety or emergency-lighting system.
Please check measurements, weight limits and compatibility with your chair, home or vehicle before ordering, and follow the supplied instructions. This product is an everyday aid, not a medical device or treatment. If you have a health condition or specific care needs, ask your occupational therapist, physiotherapist or GP whether it is right for you.
