Shipping Policy
At Philability, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping information below.
Processing Time
Processing and dispatch times vary by product. Mainland UK standard delivery is estimated at 2–8 business days. Some larger items may need additional handling time or specialist delivery. Tracking information is provided where available.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 2–8 business days — Free on orders £10 and over, otherwise £4.99
International Delivery
We ship to selected international destinations, including the EU, USA, Canada and Australia. International delivery charges depend on the destination and shipment weight and are shown at checkout.
- US & Canada: 7–14 business days
- EU: 5–10 business days
- Australia: 10–18 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or busy periods. If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us before ordering.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may provide options for redelivery or collection. If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we will contact you regarding the next steps.
Damaged in Transit
Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with photographs of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
