At Philability, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping information below.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days — Free on orders over £40, otherwise £4.99
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days — £6.99 (where available)

Please note that larger items such as rollators, wheelchairs, and ramps may require specialist delivery and additional lead times. You will be contacted if this applies to your order.

International Delivery

We ship to the EU, USA, Australia, and other selected destinations. International shipping starts from £14.99, with estimated delivery of 2–4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange redelivery or collect the parcel from the relevant depot. Parcels that are not collected and are returned to us will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage so we can resolve this promptly.
